The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Content Strategist who excels in devising and executing comprehensive plans to create, distribute, and manage content across digital platforms. At Voxitec, we value innovation and creativity in our approach to content, and the Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in communicating our brand's ethos and values through various channels. 

As a Content Strategist, you will play a critical role in maintaining consistency and quality across our content initiatives. You'll leverage audience insights, market trends, and business objectives to develop compelling strategies that drive engagement and boost brand awareness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your keen eye on industry trends will enable you to adapt strategies to ensure we remain competitive and optimizing content performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.

• Conducting content audits and analyses to assess existing content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

• Creating audience personas and conducting market research to inform content strategy and messaging.

• Overseeing content creation across multiple formats, including articles, blog posts, social media content, video scripts, and more.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and tactics.

• Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and digital media.

• Collaborating with company leaders to create content for event

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

• Proven experience (X years) as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different audiences.

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
