The Role

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. As a Graphic Designer, you will immerse yourself in the creative process, translating concepts and ideas into captivating visual designs. Working closely with our marketing and creative teams, you will have the opportunity to bring our brand story to life across various digital and print platforms. 

In this role, you will be empowered to explore your creativity and push the boundaries of design innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, leveraging your design expertise to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, and print collateral.

• Develop brand assets such as logos, icons, and style guides that align with our brand identity and values.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and produce eye-catching promotional materials for events, campaigns, and product launches

• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and mediums while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions on time

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

• Familiarity with design principles and techniques for both print and digital mediums.

• Knowledge of printing processes and requirements for preparing print-ready files.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and meeting project deadlines.

• Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet client or stakeholder expectations.
