The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack web applications on a part-time basis, from concept to deployment. Working closely with our cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle and create innovative solutions to meet our objectives

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications according to project requirements
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Implementing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Developing robust backend systems using server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java, and frameworks like Express or Spring Boot
• Integrating third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of applications
• Performing code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

What We Value

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development
• Experience with both front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and data modeling concepts
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and proficiency in using command-line interfaces
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus

What We Require

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• One year of experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Next, or Vue.js
• Experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java, Express, or Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
