The Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design and development of user-centric experiences across digital products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and create intuitive and engaging interfaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and shape the user experience for our customers

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept to execution, for multiple projects simultaneously
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the design team

What We Value

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design for digital products and platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex design problems
• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and mentor others
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

What We Require 

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions
• Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required
