My career began as a Customer Service Executive at an Internet service provider, where I developed a strong interest in solving problems, improving how people access technology, and helping customers and organizations use digital services more effectively. That experience showed me that technology can do more than connect people-it can create opportunities, improve how organizations operate, and solve meaningful problems.
It motivated me to look beyond my day-to-day role and gradually move into business operations and intelligence, driven by a growing desire to understand how innovative digital solutions can create lasting value in a rapidly changing world.
At Voxitec, I serve as a Mission Catalyst, identifying and building meaningful opportunities, relationships, and partnerships that move the company’s mission forward. I work on the front lines to understand meaningful problems across industries and connect them with Voxitec’s technology capabilities. My work is centered on creating momentum around the opportunities that matter-connecting the right technologies to real-world problems and helping turn those challenges into meaningful, measurable impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, creative writing, music, and continuously exploring new innovations. I’m particularly interested in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application and finding new ways technology can create meaningful value for people and organizations.
