I was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a country that, for me, represents multicultural urban living surrounded by beaches and mountains.
I have always been driven by a deep-seated desire to help others thrive. I believe that because our work environment is such a central part of our lives, it should be a place of support, growth, and inclusion. This empathy fuels my commitment to being the kind of mentor and advocate I once sought in my early career.
After building a strong foundation in customer service and administration, I transitioned into my current role as the People Operations Lead at Voxitec. In this role, I focus on the heartbeat of the company, its people.
Whether I am welcoming new faces through the recruitment and onboarding process or coordinating weekly interviews to keep our team connected, my goal is to ensure everyone feels heard and engaged.
When I am away from my desk, I find balance through music, playing both the guitar and piano. I also stay active by participating in fun runs and cherish quiet moments at home in the company of my two cats, Max and Daisy.
