I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, USA.
My career began in healthcare administration, where I developed a strong interest in organization, problem-solving, and improving the processes that help people and organizations operate more effectively. This experience led me to explore opportunities beyond my day-to-day role and gradually expand into business operations and research, driven by a desire to understand how innovative digital solutions can address real-world business challenges.
These experiences have strengthened my adaptability, communication, and analytical thinking while reinforcing my belief that meaningful growth comes from continuously challenging what we know, learning from experience, and seeking better ways to solve the problems that matter.
At Voxitec, I serve as Head of Business Development, leading the company’s business development operations and strategic growth by identifying meaningful problems, understanding organizational needs, and building relationships that create opportunities for impact. I work across clients, industry partners, universities, government institutions, research organizations, and other stakeholders to connect real-world challenges with Voxitec’s technology capabilities and advance its mission of building technology that serves human needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, volunteering with retired K9 service dogs, photography, and continuously learning new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally.
