I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, USA.
My journey began in the healthcare industry, where I developed a strong interest in organization, problem-solving, and improving processes that help people and businesses work more efficiently. This curiosity inspired me to continue learning and explore opportunities beyond my day-to-day role.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Capella University, where I have expanded my knowledge of business operations, project coordination, and technology driven solutions.
Along the way, I have embraced new learning experiences through both my professional career and internship opportunities. These experiences have strengthened my adaptability, communication, and analytical thinking while reinforcing the value of continuous learning and personal growth.
I started my career in healthcare administration and gradually expanded into business operations and research, focusing on process improvement, user centered thinking, and operational efficiency.
Over time, I transitioned into business validation and technology research, driven by curiosity and a desire to better understand how innovative digital solutions can solve real world business challenges.
At Voxitec, I contribute to Human-Centered Engineering by supporting user and business validation for the Instant Intelligence Operating System (IIOS). I focus on researching potential users, validating business needs, and helping ensure that the solutions we build are practical, intuitive, and centered around real customer experiences.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, volunteering with retired K9 service dogs, photography, and continuously learning new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally.
